5 14811Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? 3766Hi i hvae just attended a H1 B interview at mumbai consulate during the interview visa officer asked me few basic questions and asked me that are you going to work at client side or inhouse project for this i told him that i am going to work for inhouse project immidiately visa officer said i have cheked your company's website and there is no avidence of inhouse projects and said your company is fake asked me to come again with supporting documents as per the list given by him after 15 days time i went their with all supporting documents that time same visa officer was there, he has not asked me a single question and after 5 min time he told me thst youe compny has copied project from the another company and your company and project both are fake so don't hold your breeth because you are not going to get the visa and gave me the 221g stating that they will contect me via email in this case. what do i need to understand? what will be the outcome ?

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . I am supposed to sit exams in the UK for 2 days. I am told I am supposed to apply for a student Visitor VISA. However I am told for one to get a student visitor visa, the institution conducting the course MUST be accredited by British Accreditation Council (BAC) or Accreditation UK. In my case, I am undertaking an internationally recognized professional qualification that is provided by a short course provide in the UK that is not accredited by the UK border agency. I have been accepted on a course of study and I have also received a letter from the institution inviting me for the exams. Can I still apply for a UK student visitor visa/ what should I do since I only need 2 days to be able to sit these exams and these exams are only scheduled in the UK?
