Hi, am from AP state, India. I did MBA in logistics and worked for 1 year now iam not working from past 2 years due to family personal issues. Now I want to pursue ms in logistics from German or Sweden. My concern is whether they consider these 2,3 years gap in my education or not. Whether I will get a admission from universities like klu Hamburg or not. My academics are decent like I have 3/5 gpa in mba and 63% from b.tech. and iam expecting my tofel 7. I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now?
