my suggestion is as below,

1, get a business lead in usa and get a invitation letter
fro them to obtain a b1 visa.
2, or if you try through your brother for new business in
usa then definitely the chances to obtain is very low
instead you can use your brother to sponsor for a b2 visa
where after you travel to states you can get clients to
obtain b1 visa later.
3, also there are many chances that you may obtain b1/b2
multiple entry visa on you b2 visa.

Hi I am Dinesh, BCOM graduate have 3 years of experience in Logistics dept. Now i am joining to Tibco and company is sending me to US for trainning. They are saying it will be on B1 Visa bases.... I am working in a big software company as a software engineer. Is it mandatory for US B-1 VISA to carry out the relieving letter of previoys company? I am asking this because i do not have relieving letter from my previous company. Is there any other alternative?

Hi, I am working for an orgination as manager in Pune , due to some problems i left some exams of my btech un attempted, now i don't hold any degree. My B1 got rejected twice this year in gap of 2 months. Does AMCHAM(American Chamber of Commerce) also helps in any sense to get a visa?

Hi , May i know what is the time gap maintained between visits ? once i got my B1/B2 approved in Jan 2014 i was their in US from Jan'14 to may 14 (3mnths)and again went back in Nov'14 and stayed till may'15 ( 6 mnths) when can i travel again ?
