sir i got admission at us university in MBA health care managemnt. i donot have toefl scores. even then i got admission from that university(viu). do the visa officer asks me about my scores. toefl and gre scores are not requite to that university. is this a problem at the us consulate. please give me suggestions.

Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ? visa rejected once...on 9th july. the vo did nt ask me even one i didnt made any changes in documentation and now am going to attend visa interview on 11th july ... if they asked ... like ..what improvements do you have in your documentation?

I took my first appointment in immergency slot on 30 July 08 and got rejected for not eligible. I want to book another slot but as normal slot is not available can i go for immergency. I want to take appointment between 11 to 14 August 08 as my uni reporting date is 20 Aug 08.

my surname is nanduru.in my passport it is given as nanduru only,but in my ssc to mbbs degree certificates it is given as nanduri.my i20 also recognised my surname as nanduru.i have my visa appointment on september 10.will it create any problem for me in my future?what is the solution if there is any?

Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain.
