my surname is nanduru.in my passport it is given as nanduru
only,but in my ssc to mbbs degree certificates it is given
as nanduri.my i20 also recognised my surname as nanduru.i
have my visa appointment on september 10.will it create any
problem for me in my future?what is the solution if there
is any?

Hi Saikiran,
Yes, you better get an affidavit done by a lawyer stating
all the names are one and the same.Univs recognizes the
name given on passport only. It is also advisable to
declare it in govt gazette to avoid any further problems

hi this is sandy i got my admission based on toefl and what answer should i give when asked about gre and also about backlogs.!
i have applied for university of tennessee. my ielts score is 7.0 bands, toefl 77 and gre 810. i have quite a number of backlogs ie 15. what should i say if they ask me about my backlogs. this is for the third time am applying. helo, I do not have a toefl scorecard. I reapplied for another but didnt recieve after that also. Does it cause a problem during my visa interview. Even if the VO doesnt ask for it, is it checked initially at the entrance gates.
