Hi my name is kamal from punjab.i aplied for student visa for usa and i got rejected because i was unable to answers about the credits and 2nd time i.e today i have attended the interview and i have answered everything but again my visa got refused and the counselor didn't told me any specific reason for the rejection moreover i asked them then she told me that i haven't shown the intention to study in usa.now i got very confused that should i take the date for third interview or not please suggest thanks in advance....plzzzzzzzzz

Hi i am goverment employ of punjab police in dia punjab . I am police constable . I have done master in police adminstration now i want to take higer from usa that is cause i had applied for global development and peace in university of bridgeport usa i got i- 20 and my interview on 8 dec . I have not done any langauage test so university wrote in i-20 student is not proficent in english yet. Is it will be ne gative in interview . i got 73% in class 10th then created a blunder in iith and 12th failing in class 12th. Then i reappeared and got 62%. Then i took adm in btech electrical engg. Now there i got 9 reappears in first 3 years but manged to complete degree in 4 years with 69% aggregate. Can i get a visa and adm in a decent univ ?

i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0. that means i am not a serious student, can this problem cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason for " why low marks "

HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
