I took my first appointment in immergency slot on 30 July
08 and got rejected for not eligible. I want to book
another slot but as normal slot is not available can i go
for immergency. I want to take appointment between 11 to 14
August 08 as my uni reporting date is 20 Aug 08.

Its written that you should not have a refusal if ur booking
for emergency slot.

My nephew is second year in high school in China and is coming to the US for two year high school study and then would like to go for a 4 year college. On the DS-165 form, should he say he will stay in the U.S. for 2 years or for 6 years ( 2+4)? thank you in advance for any thoughts on this.
