1. primary key and foreign key relation ship between the tables
2. columns from both tables having same behavior in terms of length and data type
3. basing on common unique index columns

In Framework Manager, what the developers give between two
tables as cardinality will be reflected. But before builing
the relationship, the developer has to determine it based
on the semantics of the data. It can be one to one (1..1)
or one to many(1..n) or many to many(n..n)
