Paedomorphosis is the retention of larval or juvenile
features in a sexually mature adult. Paedogenesis is the
acceleration of reproductive development (heterochrony)
that results in paedomorphosis.

It refers to development of gonads or production of youngs by an immature animal
And neoteny differs from paedogenesis or paedomorphosis
