There is Confusion in word Reduction ,2 answers
1)Reduction of Planned independent requirement with each planning strategy,
For this Mr.Anand has given the answer.
2)Reduction of the Time, in Lead time scheduling ,if the Lead time scheduling dates are going out of the Basic dates .
For operation time reduction there are maximum six reduction levels can be applied.
the order is rescheduled after each reduction level.
The Reduction measures are :
A)maintain as less Queue Time as possible.
B)reduction in processing time by order splitting ,overlap
C)AS less as move time
d) adjust the 'After and Before Floats'.
