The reasons why I left my previous job, because my employers won't give us career growth, benefits and other perks. And there's no way to get regularized from within because of strict policies but that's okay. We rarely have days off and we used to work on holidays but we're not getting much of additionalssalaries or we are underpaid. I wasn't embarrassed that time bit to put someone's call up is a disservice and embarrassing for the client and for the company. What I did was I checked all the resources and I found out that her order has been cancelled and not been processed yet by someone who's in charge. It was temporarily unavailable due to weather conditions and we are not able to process and deliver all the packages of our customers at that time. So I contact the courier service to pick up the package and I can assure that the order will be delivered within a week. And for the payment method we're not accepting cheques and credit card.
