Companies which violate immigration laws need to be
exposed. HTC Global Services is a company based in Troy,
Michigan with offices around the world.
In India, it has offices in Tambaram, a suburb of Chennai.
This company has been found to violate US immigration laws.

1. HTC Global Services has been found to violate the US
Immigration laws on "6/8/2000" specifically "Failure to
comply with subpart H or I (failed to obtain PW
documentation)".

The US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR doesnt think its a technical
error.
HTC offices were raided and a complete investigation
revealed that wages were not paid and LCA details were not
posted.
HTC Global Services is a FRAUD company.

Looks like technical error, HTC adjusted the loan arrears
in employees last pay cheque instesd running the pay roll
and deducting the loan when the employee resigned

Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? Any one please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hi, my file has been selected in 2008 quota. I've my file no. My consultant is not allowing me for stamping or interview till the market goes well in US. How many employees are working in your company? Me: around 30 3. Are all of them from India? Me: most of them she issued me 221(g) and asked me for the following documents: 1. Petitioner's Federal income tax return past 3yrs 2. Petitioner's State unemployment wage reports for past 3 years 3.List of petitioner's employees at your job site including names, titles , salaries and immigration status.
