Dear All,
I want Some urgent Help.I applied for h1b this year(2008).
I got selected in Random process.I have problem with my
name.could any body please help in this situation.
MyName according to all documents: Venkata Chary.rajula
In my passport it was : VenkataChery.rajula
In the above
1) there is no space between Venkata and chary
2)in my second name chary was mispelt,by mistakenly it is
chery.
In my passport second name is different from original
documents.Is there any problem in visa interview.if so,what
are the necessary steps should i take.plese give me a quick
solution.

Hi,
Your problem is related to Passport office, So my advice is
to to Passport office and get it correct before going for
stamping.
My question is weather you mentioned properly in Passport
application or not.
If there is no wrong from your side while filling
application you gan ask passport officer to rectify it free
of cost(in specific time. they wont rectify if you go after
one year. for every thing there is particular time limit)
If your time is exceeded you have to pay fee for
corrections.
Take all documents like your marksheets, date of bitrh
certificates, Ration card or any other proof of your
name.... which you have submitted while submitting passport
application.
Take this issue serious and compleate it as early as
possiable.

How did you come to know about this Company at US?
Dear Friends, Please suggest me... I got approval for my H1B on 4th June 2008.when will be the best time to schedule Visa Interview for H1B-2009. What are your sugestions regarding this? Plz reply me .....waiting for your reply.....
My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the application I mentioned London as the preferred location for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to do do shift the interview to some other location. Please help me with this. Hi, I am going to attend H1B interview in the mid of june 2014.I am not apply for H4 dependednt visa. But My spouse is in USA with B1 visa, she will be back shortly. what can i say about my wife if the officer asked any question ( dou you have any immediate realtion in USA .. like)? Kindly help me.
