In PF, Employee Contribution is 12% of basic Pay maximum
contribution is Rs 780
And Employer contribution presently 13.65 of Basic pay that
limited to 887.25
Total PF will be 1667.25

Emplyee Side- 12 % of Basic + DA and maximum cellig limit
of PF Rs. 6500/- PF 780/- and
Employer Side - 13.61% of Basix + DA contribution would be
6500 * 13.61% = 885. as per list
Provident Fund : 3.67%
Pension Scheme : 8.33%
Admin Charges of PF : 1.10%
EDLI : 0.5%
Admin Charges of EDLI : 0.01% (Employee Deposit Link
Insurance
Note: Employee can availe the benefit of voluantry
contribution in PF A/c.

It is right that Rs. 1665/- has to be deposited by employer including employee and employer contribution along with admin charges.
But what steps can be taken under PF act to sue the employer if they deduct 1.61% admin charges from the Employee.
In my case employer is deducting total Rs.1665/- from employee salary. Is this correct or can it be sued as it is against the PF rules?

A Norwegian Company rents some equipment to a customer in India. The Norwegian Company does not have an office in India.
