My L1 petition (not visa)has got denied before 1 month,
because of incomplete documents so I couldnt appear for
interview.
Now I am (my org) planning to get for B1 visa.
What are the chances to reject my B1 Visa? How much is the
risk factor?
During filling form for B1, whether i need to enter the
information about petition deny?

Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. I asked others for the reason they say you never visit any country before so are are rejected. It is true ? Hi I have been denied for a us visa 2012 for an organization conference, but i was not told by the visa officer if it was fake document for the conference. Can i still have the opportunity to apply for a visa again ?

I had a USA B1 Visa for 3 months validity but the trip was cancelled by employer due to some business reasons and I had not travel to US and visa got expired. Now, I again need to go to US and hence applying for B1 visa. Does this affect on my visa issuence

Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?
