HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
what will i say if they ask me.why don't you study in your home county instead of the US.
Do you have any friends or relatives in USA? Have you hired any consultant for admissions and Visa processing?
i have question about 50 mm * 50 mm pic in visa application form... i have pasted pic in which i m having shave... so my question is that does it make difference at the time of interview??? i m bit tensed about it..

helo, I do not have a toefl scorecard. I reapplied for another but didnt recieve after that also. Does it cause a problem during my visa interview. Even if the VO doesnt ask for it, is it checked initially at the entrance gates.

Since you can earn much more money if you work in US after graduation,why not?
