i have a low toefl score but i got i20,what should be my answer to f1visa officer.
Hi This is Karthik, recently i attended the f1 visa interview with toefl 109. They suspected me as i was not written toefl. May be it is right. and they took my passport and Toefl score card. My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do
I am having 10 backlogs during my B.Tech degree and had cleared within time with an cgpa 6.16. If Vo asks the no. of backlogs can it affect on the visa plz guide me.
