When there are no availability requirements document we
should follow the below process to prepare test coverage.
Based on the project domain and knowledge on the project we
should prepare the test scenarios from them test cases.
And then based on the available test cases we can prepare
the traceability matrix to find the test coverage.

Precondition: The Application under test is ready for
performing exploratory testing.
If there is no requirement document,to get the test coverage
perform exploratory testing and collect minimum requirements
of the application, then go for creating traceability matrix
and get test coverage.
