Hi Maya,

Dont be under the impression that your bank balance may
create problem. However, there are lot of factors that the
visa counselor may consider such as :

1) bondings to your nation
2) legitimacy of travel
3) Intention to return back after a short trip.

They may ask any questions to satisfy the above mentioned
criteria.

Hence, please get your documents in order - and ensure that
your travel, stay and tickets have been taken care, if not
you need to show enough funds to manage your expenses in US.

If any of your relative is sponsoring then you can also
show proofs of sponsorship in US.

I have already 5yrs B1/b2 visa. I have visited US in Aug10. now i want to travel with my family (wife & 4months old daughter) ? What are the chances for them ? what documents should i submit for them ?

Hi good people after I have been denied the us visa 2012 for the organization conference, my best friend invited me with litter to visit her 2013 and I was also denied for that am wondering if I can still apply for us visa again .

Hi, I got B2 visa for ten years. I visited U.S three times and returned back within scheduled time stipulated by U.S immigration authorities. Last visit is from 8th May to Oct 20th of 2010. A week back I had applied for B2 visa, as my husband is there in US for a short business trip on B1 visa. But they rejected my visa on clause 214(b). Am thinking of applying again after a week more(After a gap of 15 days). But wondering how probable are my chances of getting the visa this time? Shud I wait for some more time? Wot shud I reply to him abt- Why were u rejected visa initially? Need help nd guidance on this. Its urgent.
