1) Cost is less than automation
2) Some Testing we can not automate
3) Tester does not require any programing knowledge
4) Don't require any type of tool to start testing like
Winrunner,QTP Rational Robot etc

The difference is human brain. In some cases manual testing
is better than automated tests. Also combination of both is
much more better.
