I have got my H1B stamped at delhi in Oct 2008 from company
X. Due to currect market situation company X has not sent
me to USA. Now i resigned from company X and joined company
Y. Please let me know if its possible to transfer the H1B
visa on company Y.

I attended H1B interview at Hyderabad consulate on 30/04/2009. I have been handed over with a 221G white form and asked to provide more documents from petetioner. The VO also held my original Educational documents with him. Will this be a problem ? I hold my post graduate degree from National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
Hi All, I dont have letter from client, as my employer is saying he may not able to provide it.Is the agreement between client and employer work out at consulate?.
