No, He is not liable to pay the profession tax for two
separate business entity coz the profession tax is filing
under the head Individual so there is no need for that. as
the profession tax is filed upon the salary so an
Individuaql is the criteria for that not two separate
entity.

But if ur two separate business falls for profession tax
then u have to file the tax for the same.

I would like to know more about the piecemeal realisation of assets. What is the procedures needed when I couldn't sell off my assets immediately after the dissolution of partnership?
