How should I manage the test cases?
Should I have to write Version/Build number in the test
cases against test cases which is get modified for that
build/version.

no way Build / version number is related with test
case.Build /version no will come into picture only while
logging the bugs.Hope this gives clarity..

No need to change the test case version. If the build have
added new functionality only then u have to change the test
case version.

you don't have to write the Version / Build number against
every or modified test case.
This can be mentioned in the template of the Testcase where
there is provision for specifying the Version / Build
number. Basically you execute test case for each build so,
so, the build number in the template describes everything
