developer and tell the strong reasons.if they didn't accept
i will inform to my pm and all are(developer,tester and
manager)discuss and we will finalize

Based on the documents (BRD - Business Requirement Document,
Use Case) you can say to developer as well as show the
screen shot.

After confirming its a bug from your end always take screen
shot & attach it while reporting bug.It may possible that
developer is not following recreate steps which are
reported by you in bug reporting tool.You can reproduce bug
& show it to developer.Still developer is not ready to
accept it then you can discuss this issue with your test
lead then test lead will settle this issue.

never compromise with developers because they are not concerned about the quality of the product if it is a bug and they don't agree justify them why it is a bug and if they don't agree report to test lead
