form h= when we import the goods from foreign so we submit
the form h.
excise duty = when purchase the goods so we paid the excise
duty on goods 8.24%
modvat = when there is chage in vat so it is called modvat.
vat = when we sell or purchase the goods so we paid or
charge the vat on the goods.
form= income tax forms, excise duty forms, sales tax forms,
servixe tax forms, vat forms, tds/tcs forms, modvat forms
etc.

Form C: whenever we purchase or sell goods outside our
state we have to submitt C form . it is also called as
Inter state Sale or Purchase . We will have to pay tax @2% .
Form D: when we purchase the good from any government
company we have to give D form
Form H : When we Purchase or sale goods outside our country
then we have to give form H.
Excise Duty : When we purchase goods from any manufacturer
then we have to pay excise duty.
Modvat :
Vat : whenever we puarchase goods within the state we have
to pay vat .

we are exporters of packing machines and packing materials
so at preset we sold machines in USA with packing roll.
so packing roll supplier have excise.
now main query is if we give h form to roll supplier so
excise waived off or not ?
kindly revert as soon as possible.
