hello i am nandu... my acadamic % is 61.09 n GRE - 910 ,

i hav applied for visa in july n got rejected .. n then
again i applied in august n got rejected again... n da
reason was "not going 2 return bak 2 india" ... for the two
times i hav booked da slot through EMERGENCY slots... so now
there is no chance for me to buk da slot in emergency... so
for the 3rd time can i book the slot through normal slot??
if yes,i hav tried booking the slot through normal but its
showing an error message stating dat "interview appointments
are not currently available.. please check bak in 24hours.f
u hav an urgent need to travel,please consult emergency
appointment on this site.."
so can any plzz give me a suggestion that how can i book my
slot for the 3rd time in normal slots...

hello.. i went for the visa interview on 10th august 2009, and was rejected.as ma interview was very short and i was unable to know the reason.. i have applied for ms in elect engg in csula. i: good morning sir. VO: DID not replied and asked for passport and all. after having ma finger print he asked me which unv? i: CSU LA VO: how many unv have u applied for and name them? i: 2 sir, csula and Nyit vo: why nyit? ( being very loud) i: becox the course and curriculum are quite similar to ma objectives and i am interested in this research program they are offerring. vo: why nyit?
