hi
U cant visa becoz u r going for F1 student visa ok.
your main mission to come ack after your studies ok to
convience the visa officer. You have to show your own funds
and dont say visa officer that u have relatives in US becoz
they cant give u visa becoz they think that u will stay
whole life in US.ok......be confident and attitude they
just see and rest of the things nothing for them becoz they
are not MBA or MS level people. They are just consulars ok

My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it processed. I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School 12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period 1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?

Hi i was rejected an us f1 visa on 10th of July. Is there any rule that says that if rejected i can apply for the visa only after six months?
