now lets take the first part
Learning an object comes into picture wen u r not able to
RECOGNISE the object in the application.
now learning can be done MANUALLY or usin VIRTUAL OBJECT
WIZARD.
(Plz note here is where Winrunner becomes irritatin and we
begin to like QTP..coz QTP is much more user friendly n
advanced than WR)
For eg : the Combo Box in yahoo sometimes is not recognised

i dint understand it properly but still recoeding the appln
will be done...now learning is not part of recording

Can we use the user defined functions (which inclues script with GUI functions) in Compile module? Example: public function MyGuiFun() { set_window(?Browser main window?); button_press(?OK?); } If yes. pls give some example, how to handle...!
