Dear Sapna,Sumit and Rajendra,Iam regular visitor of this
blog,so I know you guys,as I too have been nomited for
central excise,I must tell you thatdont worry about the
physical test,it would be just a check to see if we are
healthy.I am telling you this because its pretty easy to do
all the stuffs like 1600 mtr walking in 15 min .if dont
believe just try it .I worked as sub inspector in CISF for
2 years from 2005-2007.the physical of that kind are
included n the selection process but physical in excise
dept is just a formality to chech if we have legs in
healthy condition and medical is done in every dept.so
believe me no worries dear.by the way do any one know the
training venue and duration?be in touch

First off all, congrates to all the candidates who have
selected as an Inspector of Central Excise, Customs and
Service Tax through SSC CGL Exam, 2006.
As concern to physical test, i would like to inform all of
you that even not a single candidate will be kick out. The
handicapted candidates are also eligible for appointment as
an Inspector in Central Excise Department. I am telling you
such thing coz i am also Central Excise Inspetor of 2003
