main exam 2006 publish?

is it mandatorty to pass the physical test.i am in central
excise but feeling bit nervous about this test.
afterall we have crossed 3 steps and again one?????plz help
if someone already gone through this process previously....

Yes sumit it is mandatory to pass the physical test in the
inspector grade. I know a few people who passed all the
steps but flunked the physical and hence were not selected.
So if you are out of shape I would strongly suggest that
you start working out. I got selected in the Assistant
grade this year but mucked up todays math test.

Hi Friends,
First of all congratulation to all those who have been
selected in cglm 2006.I have been a reader of this blog
regularly. I have given today Arithmetic exam of cglm 2008.
My paper was not so good and i am expecting 110-130. But
guys, rest of my papers have gone good. My expectations are:
G.K.: 100-120
English: 85-90
Arithmetic: 110-130
Comprehension: 70-80
Guys please suggest me what are my chances, those who have
been selected in 2006. What is the cutoff for general in 2006?

When i asked to some of the candidates of last exam about
their expectations.....their expectations are above
160/200.....some saying 160,some 170 and even some
saying above 180.....
but if u did well in other papers so that so u can score
around 380-400 in main written exam.....i can say that
u ll get interview call letter surely.....
cut-off marks in main written exams and final cut-off marks
in 2006 exam will be given in employment news with
the results.
i think the result will be published in employment news
within 3 weeks.....
so see in the employment news.....

the physical fitness test.it is vital.8km cycling in
30mins, 1.6km walk in 15 mins, 81cm chest/157.5cm height.
do u thnk it is possible to acheive this speed by practise,
i am bit tensed for this further test.already we have come
across 3 steps.again another one...why???
