this website is strange - i can not make out how old is
your question, there is no date anywhere, hence i do not
know whether to respond or not.

but in short - well such husbands need to be taught a
lesson.

now a days there are many laws that give women a lot of
powers

u can ask for maintenance under crpc 125, u get get his
bank accounts frozen and his property seized in india

u can harass the in-laws and all relatives who are in india
using IPC 498-A or dowry prohibition act. they shall be
arrested immediately and put in jail. trust me, his family
will come and fall on ur feet once this is done.

if he does not surrender soon enough then he will be
declared a proclaimed offender.

if u were ever staying together in india at his place, then
u can seek a residence order in that house under protection
of women under domestic violence act

your situation is not so bad as u think,first of all if u
want your husband to come back then you should give him
last warning that if he dont come you will file a case
against him under violation of your rights and violation of
duty of care.you should also consult a good lawyer with the
advice of your parents and thinking the result of your

hi first exactly u have to confirm about ur husband because
wheather he was with any other girl or not to know about
him don't call him call to his office and get details about
him about his behaviour etc and if it is confirm then u
give him warning to him by any email and tell to his
parents about him if there is no reaction then apply for

you must file a case for restitution of conjugal rights
u/s.9 of Hindu Marriage Act,1956 in the court of civil
judge,senior division in case u r a hindu.plz don't try to
expose your involvement in the crime of your
husband.this may put u into trouble. moreover u should

the position ur in,try to conveince him to get back to ur
place as an indian women,if he is not got conveinced them

well, the dowry prohibition act cannot be considered in this
case, i dont know what led you to believing in it,
Well, the first thing is to intimate your husband's co
workers about his whereabouts, if you still down know where
he is , try and track him down using the police's help, they
will direct you accordingly.
Dont file a case now, its worthless for now, make sure he's
in a safe and good conition and make sure he's available.
And then inflict the damage upon him if you want to sort out
the issue!

Hi to all, i worked in TCS ( Bpo ) for 6 months & i left TCS because of my health issues and one main reason was my senior was not good, i always found myself tortured, no doubt that envoirnment of TCS is really very good, and obviously there are lots of benefits for their employees, even i spoke to my process head, my process manager, even with the process HR , i discussed on the problem i am facing and requested them to move me into other process but there is one policy is till the time i will not complete 18 months in the same process they are unable to move me into other process, and i left TCS within 6 months , i informed my seniors , HR that i am not well wont be able to continue and i need some rest, and it was BPO , i was really very disturbed putting headphones whole day , it was quite frustrating , after 1 month i had started receiving letters from tcs that i am absent from my duties and i haven't informed anyone, then i again spoke to my HR and my senior that i am no well and also shared medical certificate , but that time my HR was on 15-20 days leave, and he couldn't check my mail. after some time i have started receiving reminders that i have to report within 24 hours else they will take strict action against me, i was really very depressed because one side i was not able to continue in same process and i was getting mails on mails that i have to report and i need to continue, i was not willing to TCS, my HR was on leave, i was not aware whether he is in office or not, when i received final letter then the very same day i contacted my collegue and he told me that HR is on leave, then i forwarded the same mail with my medical to Head office ( Mumbai ), where from i was getting mails, and i got contact no of 1 HR then she said today you are responding because today u got final letter , and before that there was no information about you. then i got absconded, & i received too much letters that i am absconded and i have to pay 20k, now i am willing to join TCS , not in same process , and i am also working as a HR ,in a small firm, now pls help me and suggest me that can i join TCS again if i will clear that outstanding or is there any chance to join tcs,

Bank wrongly cleared cheque which comes in clearing after request for stop payment by the saving bank account holder. Account holder repay 3 lac out of 11 lac withing 15 months. Now bank file case in DRT by charging intrest 18% to file case with the DRT. My question is whether bank can file case with DRT under DEBT act? Can Saving account holder can file case against the bank in counsumer court since he is paying amount in installment to bank even he prior request to bank not to clear this cheque.
