sir, my sister is an us citizen and my parent are also green card holder, what shall i answer why u want to travel us and what if u will return to India, my petition file is pending and i had already appear for visa interview on 1 July and will be appearing for 2nd time, please answer me quickly to my this question and previous question also ,as soon as possible.

my name is MAJEED khan i have applied for student visa to USA FOR JANUARY 2010 SEM and i got rejected for twO times ...I HAVE COMPLETED MY GRADUATION LAST YEAR AND I HAVE APPLIED F0R ENGLISH COURSE (ESL)ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE .....AND I GOT I 20S FROM TWO UNIVERSITIES 1.COLUMBUS STATE UNIVERSITY 2.WISCONSIN MADISON UNIVERSITY ........FIRST TIME MY INTERVIEW WAS ON DEC 18 2009 AT THAT TIME CONSULAR ASK ME 1,WHICH COUSE U R APPLIED FOR ...............I TOLD AM APPLY FOR ESL PROGRAM ,,,,,, AND HE SAID MY FILE AND HE TOLD U WANT TO BECOME AN ENGLISH PROFESSER I TOLD YES 2Q.HOW MANY UNIVERSITIES U HAVE APPLIED FOR ? Hello, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and i have a minor with me. So, should I file his application for F2 (that is the dependent VIsa) with me F1 application or fill it later once i get approved for F1 and then go for drop box option? hi sir.i have my visa interview on 7 jan 2011..i have only one i-20 waiting for other admits..and i have not taken gre...and i have taken ielts and got 5.5..and i have good academic background ssc-76% inter-89% btech-71%(without backlogs)....please tell i will get visa or not...and also what i should answer if visa consulor asks why you have not taken gre....please help me...reply soon....
Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. Hi m smaran m applyng for Bridgeport I completed. My btech in 07 after which I works for satyam bpo for 1year n for bank of America for 1year but I scored 54.98% in engg n 930 gre ang 6bands in ielts so do u thnk I vl get the visa.
Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Secondly: This time sponsor ship will come from my side (I ll manage that). If you guys have another inputs then please temme ASAP. Thanks in advance.
