hi am harry and i have a doubt regarding visa .my gre score is 1120 and my toefl is 85 and ma academic background is 60% of average with 17 backlogs.the problem is will they reject me for having 17 backlogs ?? am really worried cause i was not knowing all these things b4 i applied.i came to know this today from my senior who had only 4 backlogs and he got rejected two times will i get rejected ?? and if not how should i handle this when they ask plss anyone help me its my life i worked hard to get into this realizing my future

I have got rejected my visa after issuing it the next day.bcoz they found my toefl test as fake.they took my toefl test score card and made me to write a letter of agreeing this misrepresentation of document.they have returned my passport by putting a cancelled stamp on issued visa stamp.can i have any chances to get visa again with genuine test score card.

I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.

My toefl score was 78 but I scored very poorly in GRE in both my attempts.But the application requirement was to show toefl score only,I got an admission with an assistantship and now duirng my interview I am planning not to show my GRE score?what if the consular ask me why I havent given GRE cause it seems like mandatory for doing MS?In that case what should my answer be?
Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again. My nephew is second year in high school in China and is coming to the US for two year high school study and then would like to go for a 4 year college. On the DS-165 form, should he say he will stay in the U.S. for 2 years or for 6 years ( 2+4)? thank you in advance for any thoughts on this.
