for getting good job u have to make hold on the basics of
microbiology as well as ur practical hand should be perfect
and u should be particular for every question asked in

YOU SHUD DO PHD IN RELATED SUBJECT OR U CAN OPT FOR NET
EXAM WHICH IS HELD TWICE A YEAR N U CAN GET THE PERMANENT
AND REPUTED FACULTY JOB IN ANY GOOD UNIV OR COLLEGE ALL THE
BEST.

If you want Permanent job go for NET (LS) Exam,which is
specially for Lecturership eligibility criteria as per
indian government.

Better option will be find out different colleges offering
microbiology and ask whether that departmnet has any
vacancy or not and submit your CV and be in contact with
them
