my surname is nanduru.in my passport it is given as nanduru
only,but in my ssc to mbbs degree certificates it is given
as nanduri.my i20 also recognised my surname as nanduru.i
have my visa appointment on september 10.will it create any
problem for me in my future?what is the solution if there
is any?

Hi Saikiran,
Yes, you better get an affidavit done by a lawyer stating
all the names are one and the same.Univs recognizes the
name given on passport only. It is also advisable to
declare it in govt gazette to avoid any further problems

hello everybody, I was rejected for the visa twice last for fall-07 intake. According to me the reason for the rejection may be my application for the visitor visa ten years before. i am yet to finish my bpharmacy but my gre score is 278 my question that i have around 20 backlogs and the reason i couldnt clear them on time was due to health reasons wat are my chances of getting through the visa interview but the plus pt is i have been to the us as a tourist . is it necessary that i shud show my health certificate to prove that i was indeed ill the thing is that i have wasted 2 yrs writing my backlogs but in the mean time i have also worked in a pharma company for abt 1and half yrs so there any scope.

HI iam from delhi . my VISA rejected Twice . i applied SSU california . I have done MCA & 3 year Exp wid IT MNC. now i want go for MBA. Got my I-20. 1st time due to some SEVIS issue but VO said u will not come back thats why i cant issue visa. Iam showing 3 crore 88 lac rupees in my CA statement . 2nd time VO said u have enough Qualification so u dont need MBA ... my frnd already got Visa in same university. plezzzz soem 1 help me ... i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?
