Hi, Iam a project manager for a bank in UAE and was working
for HSBC in India as a manager. I have joined my new job
just 2 months back and has a history of attending
interviews one for visiting visa and other student which
were failures.Now I have been selected in the H1Blottery,
what are the chances. thanks

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I've planned to carry the following documents in my H1B interveiw on sep-18th. HDFC receipt, visa Interview letter, I797, I129, Offer Letter, Client agreement doc, all original certificates, all company offer letter and relieving orders, payslip. for student visa they rejected u since u dont have confidence on u that u will return back to india.now how can we beleive that u will return to india after 3 years or when ur work permit expires.justify?
