A fenced playground is in the shape of the cylinder (note:
its 3-dimensional; not 2-dimensional).
You need to find the surface area of the cylinder. That
will give you the "Total Sq Meter" of fence required.
When you multiply that with unit price then you will get
the total price.
Height of the fence is not provided. Without that info how
can you calculate the surface area of the cylinder?

I think Rs. 150 per sqm means:
Rs. 150 is the cost of fencing a square of 1 m length. So
cost per m comes out to be 150/4=75/2.
circumference of circle: 2*pi*radius
total cost in fencing circumference is: 75/2*2*pi*35=Rs.
8250.

Just look into the problem rate is per Squar meter...so
Area of circle is pie*radius ki power 2
R is 35m
area=3.14*35*35
cost=150*22/7*35*35
=calculate it

@Vaitheeswaran How can a playgorund be in mm, obviuosly it has to be in meters or cms... but i suppose its "80 metres"...
Cost should be "Rs 150 per meter" as fencing can only be done around a ground and not over the ground, so here comes "circumference" into play.
and the answer is:
(rate per metre)* pi * diameter= 150 * 22/7 * 70
= Rs 33000
