People have wrong perception.As long there is s/w there
will be testing. Since there are lot of people available in
the market for testing and so the requirement may not sync.
The market is stable now and people see it as downfall. My
advice to all testers is upgrade your skills. Learn
Automation tools,framwork,do certifications like ISTQB
foundation and advanced levels, ITIL V3 certification etc.
This will help you in your career advancement.

enjoyed or give the 100% satisfaction.

the Market of testing is also depend on IT, wait my Dear,
when ever the Market is up, the testing will also boom.

if you have real time environment knowledge, then u must
have to keep going on. And some of the peoples putting many
a fake like me. So if u have the same problem then u might
be change your track. Else if i'm wrong then keep going on

The future for Testing is getting decreased considerably.
So, all Testers need to go to Programming side rather than
testing. The competition for Testers is very high.

People think that as long as Projects r there, testers also
will be there. S, that's true...but the strength will be
lessened as the s/w market is down.

So, for freshers, i advice not to go into Testing side.

In your case, as u have 3+ exp, u can continue with Testing
only!!!
