family,frnds nd all that,its my moral duty to take care of
my parentas in their old age, morever there are so many
career oppertunities in india... like there are so many MNC
companies which are loking for gud qualified candidates..
so it will help me a lot if i got my ms degee from us..
aftr tht i can easily get job in these companies,,, in
addition i really want to do something for my own
country,,my country is my pride nd i will give my
contribute to devolp my own country..

Sir, i would definitely return back to India for several compelling reasons. First and foremost, my family resides in India and I have very few relatives actually staying in the US. Thus, it would be financially beneficial for me if I came back to India. I am also responsible for my parent's health and their welfare. It would prove very costly if I were to stay in US and ask them to come there too. Second, armed with a US degree, my chances of finding a satisfactory job, in terms of salary and post, is higher in India than if I were to compete for jobs in the US. And third, I have a permanent home in India and most of my relatives and friends are here, thus finding a job and supporting myself will become a lot easier if I come to India. My sole reason for going to the US is to get the best education available in my current field of [insert course e.g.: computer science or chemical engg etc.] which unfortunately an Indian university cannot offer.

In the eye's of indian's multinational companies, there is good value of american degree. So, such companies provides good job opportunities. For e.G. Tcs, reliance, inductotherm,etc companies provide job opportunities to us degree holder students. And apart from this i want to improve my country's economic condition through hard work. I have been to South Africa(SA) on a holiday and i missed placed my passport in SA and after that i came back to india with a Transit visa. Now i applied for a new passport and my passport carries a stamp stating that my passport was lost in SA. So my question is that does the VO ask anything about this issue and what would be answer??

Hi i am goverment employ of punjab police in dia punjab . I am police constable . I have done master in police adminstration now i want to take higer from usa that is cause i had applied for global development and peace in university of bridgeport usa i got i- 20 and my interview on 8 dec . I have not done any langauage test so university wrote in i-20 student is not proficent in english yet. Is it will be ne gative in interview . My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it processed. I have never applied for visa till now. I am having a permanent job in India as a lecturer in MBA college but want to join MS in marketing (US)which gives me specialization in e-marketing which is the topic i would like to do a PhD on. How should i defend my case in the visa interview? especially how do i justify my going to US?

Myself Rajkumar, These are the my credentials.... ---GRE-890----(Q-610)----(V-280) ---TOEFL-90 ---For Jan intake ---My background is Computer science. ---I had scored a 55% aggregate in my under graduation. ---and i had 30 backlogs.. --i got I-20 from three universities ---what is the suitable reason should i give at the visa counselor,i am thinking that the fallowing reason can satisfies them ------i was didn't put much hard work for the preparation for the exams but later i did and i succeded...... is that above reason will satisfies them,please help me out..................

hi frien,finally i had completed B.Sc biotechnology in 2007,now im applied for us findlay university for MBA,i have few doubts before i had 9 backlocks,and i have nt appear for any GRE&toefl, but i have 2 years experience,wat is the succes rate of getting F1 visa from embassy,can any one suggest me plz,

HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
