My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My
parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been
filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it
processed. I have never applied for visa till now. I am
having a permanent job in India as a lecturer in MBA
college but want to join MS in marketing (US)which gives me
specialization in e-marketing which is the topic i would
like to do a PhD on. How should i defend my case in the
visa interview? especially how do i justify my going to US?

Hi, I have increased the value of my property, and shown more than the actual amount in the CA report,how can i hide this, and convince VO, as this is the actual amount that we have.
I already have a Masters in chemical engineering in India and I'm going to pursue an M.S degree in the same field in the U.S. Can you suggest the best reply that I can give to the VO during the interview if he asks why second masters? My previous Masters was in a good college- Bits Goa. Please help
Hi i have completed my b.tech in 2009 november but actually i have to complete by 2008.due to one subject i have passed out in 2009 nov with 55%.i have tofel score 90 and gre 850 with 8 back log's.can i attend the visa interview.kindly suggest the best solution for my carrier.thank's in advance.
I got less in GRE 810 and ielts 5.5.My accademics are 60.23 with one backlog inter 72.8 ssc 69.5.So what reason should i give for my low gre .Actually i wrote gre exam after my engineering i am 2007 pass out.My english score in s.s.c. is 70 and in inter i got 57 and 64 in english first year and second year and my maths in s.s.c is 75 and in inter i got more than 138.What suitable reason i give if the visa officer ask for low GRE.?

my agent says i have to show up incometax return of rupees 3 lakhs or above of my father and my father have only 1.25 lakh rupees return.can i show up my brother and uncle's taxreturns?

visa rejected once...on 11th june. i didnt made any changes in documentation and now am going to attend visa interview on 11th july ... if they asked ... like ..what improvements do you have in your documentation?

i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I have sound knowledge though in mechanical design and CAD concepts which i plan to do MS in..?? Do i have any chance ti get an F1..? What would the V.O ask me..??
