i am working in a govt org as a scientist in he areas of
s/w engineering and i have got my i-20 and wish to for a F1
visa for doing my MS. i have a good academic background and
good scores as well. will working in a govt org as a
scientist go against me in the visa. should i carry some
extra docs ...

Your visa won't be rejected sir. They might give you a 221G
and ask you to wait while they get clearance for your case
from Washington D.C. This will happen if you have worked
with defense establishments like DRDO, ISRO etc. Sometimes
they give you an additional questionnaire if they think you
are a doubtful case but don't worry. If other things are in
place, your visa will surely be issued.

do i stand any chances after second refusal for f1 visa for third attempt.

I ws rejected an US visa under F1 Twice n I hav reapplied 4 it under B1/B2 cat.evn thn i gt that rejected.Nw i would lk 2 gt married n wuld lk to Pursue my studies abroad as a Doctor.My question here is whether my past rejection play a role here n pose any future problems in getting a Visa ,Iwould lk to gt the ans soon ...Plss do help me...........

Dear sir/madam, iam desperately need your help by suggesting me how to afce the interview. i went to for fall 2001 and then i did my master's in mechanical and then also in computers and now i am doing my phd in csce dept. i married a green card holder in jan 2005 and according to our culture and tradition we have to get married in india so i came to india in december 2006 and went for visa renewal on dec 28th 2006 and i got 221 g case. i did couple of mistakes, i had an argument with my wife on dec19th 2006 and she alled 911 and they came and arrested me and i was released on the same day itself my wife only paid the bail. in the ds-156 form i did not fill that i was arrested since the ca cops told me it is an argument between a wife and a husband so not necessary to worry. i also did not fill that i was married because we are not married acording to our tradition and culture. i got my visa on feb 23rd and i decided to go to school for fall 2007 and i was asked at the port of entry whether i was arrested i said yes and told them then they asked me why didn't u fill u r married and also u r arrested, i told the reason. they told me to withdraw the application and apply and come again. now i am going to chennai for the visa interview, please help me how to face the interview and also how to tell them a convincing answer regarding why i did not fill i am married (according to our tradition we are married in jan 2007). thanks, bharat.
Hello friends, I got I20 for professional masters in food safety and technology at IIT Chicago.I have already done my Master's in microbiology from Nepal.I got rejected in my interview on Friday 8th of July.so I have next interview on 13th July 2011.I get denied because they think my tuition fee $35,000 per annual is outrageously expensive and I could not afford.But my family is capable to pay my financial expenses.

sir iam ram recently i attended to f1 visa interview.I have 8 backlogs.all are cleared same year.in interview The interviewer do you have now any backlogs.in tention i said yes mam i have.Actually i did not have any bacjlogs all are finished.So i want go again.am i get visa?.please tell me how can i convince them.
