If the user wants to execute some pre defined functions
while loading winrunner, we can use compiled module.
Place all the predefined functions in as one TSL Script and
place it dat folder of winrunner. When the winrunner
loading in the system, atomatically the predefined
functions will get executed.

What is synchronization? what is the purpose of wait() function? what is the diff. between wait() and other synchronization functions in winrunner?
