using SRS or FRS or BRS the program manager or project
manager will prepare testing strategy and then test plan
using test plan the team lead or project manger assingn the
modules to tester.
the tester 1st go through the particular module details in
FRS or SRS or BRS and analysis the module then he started
to right the test cases.

Wireframes, Mock ups, first Tester should throughly
understand the requirements.
then we can start preparition of Tets cases.
