I AM WORKING IN THE CORPORATE (HEAD OFFICE)OF A FINANCE
COMPANY. I CO-ORDINATE FOURTEEN BRANCHES IN DELHI. AND MY
JOB PROFILES ARE BANK RECONCILIATION,CASH RECONCILIATION,
MIS,TRAINING TO THE JR.EXECUTIVES,BRANCH VISIT,SUPPORTING
TO BRANCH,ETC. THE QUESTION WAS WHAT U DO FOR UR BRANCH? I
TOLD MY ALL JOB PROFILE BUT IT WAS NOT A GOOD ANSWER. WHAT
TO SAY FOR THE NEXT TIME?

ARE HANDLING CORPORATE ACCOUNTS NOT THE BRANCH ACCOUNTS.
2. BRANCH ACCOUNTS PERSON DO DAY TODAY ENTRY TILL
FINANISATTION OF THIS BRANCH BOOKS. WHERE AS CORPORATE
ACCOUNTS PERSON SCRUNTINIZE THE BRANCH BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS.
3.YOU CAN HELP YOUR BRANCH ACCOUNTS PERSON WHERE EVER HE'S
HIS LACKING, MOTIVATE HIM, CO-ORDINATE WITH HIM TO SORT OUT
IF THERE IS ANY ISSUES & SO ON.

Dear friend , as you described you have so much
responsbilties on your shoulders of the said company . It
is quite good , but the answer of this question could be
given by you only , As for whome you are working ,he has to
be given you a proper designation . You can not opt any
designation by yourself too. So in my opinion i think you
have to decide by yourself .

dear friend , as according to ur question , they just asked
u a very simple question that what would u do for ur branch ?
so in my opinion , u have to give this answer more calmly
about the branch,this should not b included ur job profile
at all . there purpose of asking this question was just
simple bcoz they are going to handle u the whole
responsibility of their branch ...so this is compulsory they
never want to give that person who ever don't think about
the other staff members , infrastructures , increasing
business criterias & SO on steps..
