MIS represents to Management information systems.the day
today activites in a company is recorded as MIS ,Wheather
its accounting ,sales or operation,the transactions made
today won't be the same tommorow,so the variation is
calculated and a report is submitted to the higher officals
which is called as MIS

responsible for the particular data and various types of
reports in your department and your bosses Manager or head
of the department asking to you the exact status of the
data and you r the one who can rectify the same and provide
him a consolidated data.

Dear you should know about which type of your company and
you can make MIS (Management Information System)easily
daily or monthly means:-
1. Collectively the daily transactions like
Purchase/Sales/Expenditures etc done by you.
2. Collectively the Administrative works in daily basis.
3. Daily Bank Transactions with statement.
4. Accurately Cash / Bank work with you daily.
5. Inbond and Outbond works report to be taken daily
6. Daily Expenses / Income
7. Important persons attendance in your company by
receiptionist.
8. Daily routine of work must be submit as MIS report
9. Customers / Clients outstanding & payments reports
10.Office management for adminstration like Timezone
(In/Out)/Staff Welfare/Team leadership with all staff report
(including absentism/P.L/medical & other facilities) etc.

MIS means Management Information System, They are asking abt what type of reports you are providing to the managers, Like ( I am MIS executive supporting to mangers for their database management related works. I have to prepare Daily Sales Report, Realization Report, Attendance Tracker, APR, Login Logout. etc....

i prepare MIS report as per demanded by management.. in this
field my role is actually very flexible... i have to make
MIS report as per management wants to know details of any
criteria like sale purchase expenses etc... i am the
information chain of managment(who wants to know the details
) & lower management (from i get the information)....

Basically MIS reposts need to be devided into two
categories i.e. reporting to CFO or Senior A&F person and
next is to Management. MIS report to CFO should be
technical in nature which specifies all the related
information about taxation duties pending and provisions on
which a CFO can make decition. On the other hand reporting
to management should be so simple that a lay man can
understand. There should be a summary page in reporting to
management in such a way that they can get an overall idea
to make decition on company affairs. The main purpose of
MIS is decition making and controlling the business
affairs.Accounts and finance is assumed as information
factory and management is the quality control Dept. based
on MIS report.

First of all let me tell you my frendz that MIS is a
software.. MIS had two major functions i.e is management
and operating.In today's organizations MIS play an
impartant role with out MIS they can't compeat in global
market.
