Owner's equity means capital.As per the accounting
equation, ASSETS=EQUITIES. There are two types of equities.
Owner's equity and outsider's equity.Owner's equity is the
money or money's worth introduced or invested by the owner
into the business

copany is cxalled equity share holders they are take
devindend last i.e PAT(profit after tax & reserve
&surplus).Remaing share holders all are take their devidends
and interestDebt Debenture Before of Equity if some times

We have a registered dealer under APVAT Act. Our company is manufacturing & marketing of seeds. seeds exempted under vat. recently we have purchased machinery for our new plant construction, against c form. now sales tax dept.not giving the c forms, because our final product is exempted, we are not eligible for c forms. kindly clarify.
Raman site engineer joined on 1-1-2009 in the company with an agreed salary of Rs 20000/-. On the joining date he was given advance of Rs 50000/-agreeing for adeduction of Rs 7500/- for month from salary. Pass salary entry till March,and let me know the advance balance as on 1st April
