It varies from company to company butShow stopper is
something that prevents/stops you from testing the
application.
In this case, we can still go ahead and test the other
pages. It is just a matter of having the Pages show up
right.

while priority is set by client or higer mgmt.that prority
of the related bug is high, so go for fix, because its
affect the busuiness app.

both severity and priority is High see accoording to
scenario what ever login it shuld give the HOME page, and
severity is related to the application ,priotrity is
related to customer in both ways its not working user not
allowed to view the homepage ,and customer specification
not met.

The severity is about the impact of bug on functionality i.e.= Application is not working as after click going to 2nd page instate pazge1.
But the user still can go to page 1st by using navigate/ link option... so Severity would be "HIGH / MEDIUM".
And
Priority is something how quick you need resolution of bug.
This can be quickly gets resolved as looks its just a issue of going link path/ or linking particular page. so Priority would be "HIGH/ MEDIUM".
