When conflict arrise we need to check wtih baselined
requirement document and also with BA team, to make clear
conflict.

in case of a conflict first u should check properly what
was written in software requirement specification , if that
will not sufficient then go to program manager who is
responsible for that product as developer develops that
according to their program manager team.everything will be
done in a n effective, efficient and friendly manner.so u
should hav to go through the entirety having good
convincing skill.

Step 1: Check with SRS /FRD document.
Step 2: If the Dev is not clear on the SRS /FRD or cannot
explain the document or requirement
Step 3: Check with Dev lead
Step 4: If no resolution , Call a meeting with Ba & Dev
Lead.
Step 4: If still No Resolution , Escalate to PM for final
Clarification.
