once defect was detected by the tester ,first he report
that bug to testlead with a status"new" and first
tester/testlead give the sevirity to the bug after sending
the bug to developers status which is "assign"they will
give the priority to the bug.

once defect was detected by the tester ,first he report
that Bug to testlead with a status NEW ,test lead will
revise that bug whether it is genuine bug or not .if it is
genuine then he assign priority and report that bug to the
developer with ASSIGN status

It depends upon the structure of your company. But as per
guidelines Priority of the bugs should be assigned by
Development team lead.
He prioritize them whom to be fixed first. For example: one
tester assign one work around defect and another tester
assigned critical defect then Development team lead will
prioritize whom to be fix first.

Whoever opens the defect for the bug (tester) will assign
the priority depending on how it affects the project.

I have tested ecommerce site, but when i search for any product Or access any page, some time i found it missed the values from my URL..EXAMPLE : we take this URL "http://www.allinterview.com/forms/questionform.php" This is the actual URL & it is ok but when i test it displays like "http://www.allinterview.com//questionform.php" NOTE : In above URL "forums" is missing..
