quality prodect.This is preventive in nature.
Qc stands for Quality control ,testing is a quality
control.This is detective in nature.

prevention based.It is concerned with improving the
processes that will be used in Product development.
QC is Quality Control that is product oriented and defect
detection based.It is concerned with a specific product and
identifying defects in that.
Testers are involved in QC and QA is Managements
responsibility.

QA means maintaining,assuring, certain procedures and
patterns in developing the software... everybody shld
undergo tht procedures n pattern, everyone shld work within
tht boundry... QC is team which concentrates on mainting
the Quality of the product .. their job is to check the
quality of the product before throwin it to clients... and
testing team comes under QC...

hey Ram, u said Indu is wrong. U have given answer to prove

QA:Software Quality Assurance means assuring the quality of
S/W by reaching customer requirements and maintaining
standards.
QC:Measuring and monitoring the quality of S/W through
review meetings in every development phase.
Both r come under testing.
