I dont agree with Goutham answer.
CSTE is not the "only" best certification.

There are other certifications which really makes the
tester learn something from the course.
They are ISEB/ISTQB.

In that Foundation level is mediumm one which anybody with
minimum hardwork can get the certification.

Where as Practitioner Level is the most successful approach
to get certified as Best software Testing Professional.
I addressed as Testing professional because-
In testing the career paths are
--jr tester
--senior tester
--Test team lead
--Test Manager

Please provide me some links to apply and read for this
exam... I dont have any certifications.. I have exp in
manual testing only and looking for one good certification.
IT would be useful if anybody could suggest me testing
tools certification ..

For software testing training, you can check Simplilearn
website. They offer software testing training delivered by
certified trainers from HP and when you complete the
training, you'll get a participation certificate from HP and
course completion certificate from Simplilearn. Placement
assistance is also offered.
